From 2017-2024 I partnered with American Jewish World Services to review and reframe its approach to supporting leaders and organizations in the Global South. The organization re-envisioned its practice in order to depart from a hierarchical power dynamic between funder and grantee and instead serve as a partner in community-led change.

Transformative Shifts shares the organization’s learning and tips for other funders wishing to shift to more equitable practices. The paper is available in Spanish, French, and English.
